Leading with Impact is how Lead Pest Control lives out our mission to do good and empower others to do good. Through this initiative, we want to support meaningful projects in our community that make a real difference for individuals, families, schools, organizations, and neighborhoods.
Whether that means meeting a practical need, supporting a local cause, or partnering on a service project, Leading with Impact is about using our growth as a business to create positive impact where we live and work.

Lead Pest Control sponsored 35 meals through a $100 donation directly through their website: https://warmblessings.org/donate/.
With dignity and compassion, Warm Blessings seeks to alleviate food insecurity in our community while providing meals and temporary refuge to our neighbors in crisis.
Summer 2026
Lead Pest Control provided a full week of snacks for the 120 kids attending Camp TESSA in Hardin County, totaling $368 in donations. We were grateful for the opportunity to support their mission and help serve local families in our community.
Camp TESSA’s mission is "To teach effective social skills to children and adults with Autism by fostering positive relationships with positive peer role models."
